Artist's Statement
A picture is worth a thousand words is an accurate statement. Oftentimes pictures communicate an idea or feeling more efficiently than words can. I draw to entertain myself and to communicate oddities of reality. So much reality can be classified as generic. However, there are bits of reality that just do not get much attention because most people are not sensitive to it. Also, if these oddities are thrown in with the generic reality, they are ignored because most people do not see its usefulness. Obviously, they have some usefulness but it is masked by their very peculiar nature. By continuing to disclose these oddities of reality, their usefulness and purpose will eventually be revealed.
